Room 03 · Leadership Mentorship

The organization takes its shape from you. Let's look at that honestly.

Private, one-to-one work for the founder, owner, or executive whose patterns set the tone for everyone else. Not a cohort, not a course, not a pep talk. A standing conversation with someone who will tell you the true thing and stay to help you act on it.

What this is

Leadership is human before it is mechanical.

A problem that looks like performance, communication, conflict, or execution usually has something underneath it: an unmet need, a fear, a value in tension with another value, an old rule applied to a new situation, or a system quietly producing the behavior.

We work beneath the surface, and we do it with accountability. Calm is a leadership advantage. Empathy and accountability can coexist. Emotion contains information, but it should not automatically become strategy. And you do not have to abandon yourself to lead other people well.

Your fear gets a voice. It does not automatically get the vote.

What we work on

  • The conversation you have been avoiding, and how to have it
  • Where your hours actually go: strategic, reactive, or operational
  • Decisions you make that could be owned by someone else
  • The gap between what you say you value and what your calendar shows
  • Problems that have surfaced more than twice this quarter, and what they have in common
  • Who you believe you have to be in the room, and whether that is still serving you
Three formats

Always 1:1. Depth is the product.

Group programs are deliberately out of scope. What we do does not survive being spread across a room. Three-month minimum, because leadership change does not happen in thirty days.

Format 01

1:1 Mentorship

Two sessions a month, plus support between them

The standing engagement. Enough cadence to hold a thread from one month to the next, with a direct line in between for the moment that will not wait.

Format 02

1:1 Intensive

Four sessions a month, plus support between them

For a leader in the middle of something: a new role, a restructure, a hard season with a team, or a finding from a diagnostic that named them directly.

Format 03

Leadership Pair

Two leaders, joint and individual sessions

Co-founders, an owner and their number two, or two executives whose working relationship is shaping the whole organization. Individual work, plus the room where you work on it together.

Your private space

Mentorship clients work inside Run the Rooms.

Every mentorship client gets a private space where coaching, reflection, insight, and growth live together. Session notes and recaps stay in one place. You reflect between sessions and choose what to share. And a weekly growth reflection shows you what actually shifted in how you are thinking, choosing, and leading, tied to evidence, not a score.

It is invite-only. You will receive access when the engagement begins.

Client Portal

What a weekly reflection notices
  • What shifted — evidence you responded differently than before
  • Strength in action — a capability that showed up and created value
  • Tension of the week — two legitimate needs pulling in different directions
  • Pattern worth watching — named only when it has appeared more than once
  • Commitment progress — what you said you would do, and what happened

The goal is not to tell you who to become. It is to help you see who you are, what you are choosing, and what is driving the choice.

The Run the Rooms philosophy

What this is not

Mentorship is not therapy, legal counsel, HR guidance, or financial advice. When something serious surfaces, we help you organize the facts, the questions, and the outcome you want, and we point you to the right professional.

It is also not agreement on demand. We will challenge you, respectfully, when emotion is becoming strategy, when an assumption is being presented as a fact, when a boundary is really avoidance, or when a person is being blamed for a system problem.

Next step

The first conversation is the whole thing in miniature.

Thirty minutes. You bring the real situation. We tell you what we notice and whether this is the right work for it.
